- Limited Warranty for Al.Carts
- Al.Carts’ products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Customer modifications made to Al.Carts’ products without Al.Carts’ written prior approval or any abuse, misuse or negligence will void the warranty.
- Limited Warranty for Randolph Engineering sunglasses
- Randolph Engineering, Inc. warrants its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of consumer purchase and, at its option, will repair or replace any such eyewear without charge during that period. Randolph Engineering, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any broken solder joints on its metal frame eyewear throughout the lifetime of the product. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear, and are not covered under warranty. Warranty card enclosed with the product. .
- Shipping Policy
- When shipping to a destination other than the USA, additional shipping/handling charges and customs duty may occur. You are responsible for inspecting all deliveries for damages and declaring any damages on the delivery receipt while the delivery carrier is still present. Seller can assist in helping to file a freight claim, but it is the buyers’ responsibility to file claims with the delivery carrier..
- Return Policy
- Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment. Seller accepts returns for 30 days from the date of order. Any unopened item may be returned for credit (not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Return shipments must be pre-paid by the customer. Seller does not give credit for shipping charges. Returned items may be subject to a 25% return charge based on the item, condition and reason for the return.
